Registration Begins March 14th, 2011

How to Enroll

1. LOGIN: Create a New Account or Login to an existing SAPESS Account so that you can register your child on-line.


2. PRIOR TO REGISTRATION: We suggest that you read the course descriptions, and create a tentative schedule. With the exception of Jumpstart and Second to None, you will create a schedule of four (4) classes that your child will attend daily. Select several alternatives in the event that classes are full.


3. GRADE LEVEL: Please select courses that correspond to the grade level your child will enter in the fall. Once you choose your classes, you can view the status of your account and the classes selected at any time by logging in with your user name and password. Please save this information; you will use the same user name and password every year.


4. CONFIRMATION: When the online payment has been processed you will receive a confirmation locking in your schedule. You will not receive additional confirmations.


5. SCHEDULE CHANGE: Once your schedule is confirmed and "locked" you will no longer be able to change classes. If you require a revision to a child’s schedule, please contact the SAPESS office by sending an email (sapess@csun.edu). Once the program starts, there is a $25 change fee.


6. FORMS: To complete the registration process, go to the “Forms” link. Please mail all four forms to the SAPESS Office within one week of registering for classes.


7. WAIT LIST: If classes are full and you would like to be added to a wait list, please register for classes that are available. Next, please send an email to (sapess@csun.edu). Remember to give us your child's name. We will do our best to accommodate your requested courses. Families are given priority by registration date.


8. PAYMENTS: We accept Visa, Master Card, and E-checks. If you are paying in person by check, it may take up to two weeks to process the payment.
